I know what it feels like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of what you want. For a long time, I was overthinking everything, doubting my decisions, and feeling disconnected from myself.

Born and raised in the UK, I’ve spent the past few years between Hong Kong and London. During the pandemic, I was forced to slow down and for the first time, I really started to reflect on my life.

What I was doing.
How I was feeling.
What I actually wanted.

That space changed everything.

I realised how easy it is to get caught up in the noise of life constantly pushing forward, while feeling lost underneath it all. And I knew I didn’t want to live like that anymore. That’s why I created VeryMindfully.

A space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and start finding clarity without pressure or judgement.
